Drew Jones passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 after a prolonged illness. He was born August 30, 1978 in Springfield, IL.

Drew attended Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, IL and graduated in 1997. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing video games, and riding his bike around Springfield.

He is survived by his parents, David and Donna Jones of St. Joseph, IL; his biological mother, Linda Phillips of Springfield, IL; his daughter Bella Jones of Winchester, IL; six sisters: Desiree (Dave) Stephenson of Lincoln, IL; Delicia (Dan) Bare of Joplin, MO; Ditzah D'Camp of Spring, TX; Daralice (Josh) Allison of Carl Junction, MO; Dawn (Gary) Larsen of Cudahy, WI; Dalyssa (Cody) Borchelt of Webb City, MO; one brother Doron (Melissa) Jones of Franklin, IN; and one biological half-sister Theresa White of Springfield, IL; 25 nieces and nephews; and 1 great nephew.

Visitation will be at 9:00am Saturday, January 22 at Elm Street Christian Church, 3020 E Elm St, Springfield, IL. Funeral will begin at 10:00am. Service will be interpreted for the deaf.

Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Springfield, IL.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a trust fund established for the benefit of his daughter, Bella.
