Doris E. Grubb, 93, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Heritage Health.

Doris was born on August 18, 1922 in Illiopolis the daughter of Albert L. and Myrtle J. Rager Rogers. She married Logan Grubb; he preceded her in death.  She later married Fred Selby; he also preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Frank and Logan Eldon "Peewee" Grubb; three sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by two sisters, Margaret Smith and Pam Sartore; one brother, Larry Rogers; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Per Doris' wishes, in her memory, visit someone you love while they are still alive.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Roselawn Memorial Park with Reverend Richard Chiola officiating.
