Donna "DeDe" Darlene McGlothlin, 68, of Waverly, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center.

DeDe was born on October 27, 1948 in Franklin the daughter of Herschel and Marie Bettis White.  She married James McGlothlin on October 30, 1966.

She had worked for the State of Illinois and then for various title companies in Springfield.  She enjoyed music and singing Karoke and had also put out an album called Heavenly Country under the name DeDe Mac.  She also loved her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Eugene and Stanley White.

She is survived by her husband, Jim McGlothlin Sr. of Waverly; children, Dawn (husband, Chris Weaver) Longmeyer of Muncy, PA; Regina (husband, Chris) White of Athens and James "Jim" (wife, Shanna) McGlothlin Jr. of Springfield; six grandchildren, Christina White of Athens, Sarah and Madison Longmeyer of Muncy, PA, Jack White of Athens, Christopher and Janey Weaver of Muncy, PA; one brother, Wendel (Jenny) White of Mexico, MO; one sister, Sylvia (Jerry) Miller of Murrayville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Scott DeKamp officiating.
