Donald E. Waters Jr., 68, of Springfield, Illinois passed away in the comfort of his home on May 3rd, 2019.
Don was born on August 7, 1950 in Springfield, the son of Donald Waters Sr. and Anita C. (Revis) Waters/ Varble.
He will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
Cremation is planned to take place, and services are being planned by Donald's family for a later date.
