Donald L. Marsh, 66, of Riverton, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

Donald was born on January 27, 1950 in Springfield the son of James and Dorothy Reeves Marsh.  He married Elizabeth Moore on October 18, 1969.

He was a 1969 graduate of Riverton High School.  He worked for Fiat Allis, Holiday Inn East and retired from Tate and Lyle in Decatur.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers-in-law, Pat Teubner and Michael Moore; and sister-in-law, Gail Moore.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Marsh; three children, Richard Marsh of Springfield, Karen (Adam) Fifield of Charleston and Doreen Wilder of Land O Lakes, FL; siblings, Shirley Teubner of Springfield, Ray (Nancy) Marsh of Edinburg and James (Helena) Marsh of Freeport, FL; sister-in-law, Janice (John) Smith of Spaulding; brother-in-law, Gilbert Moore of Spaulding; aunt, Darlene (Jan) Kessinger of Springfield; five grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 5-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Gannar officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
