Dolores A. "Dee" Proctor, 71, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at her residence.

Dolores was born on February 12, 1946 in Petersburg the daughter of Ernest and Lillian Turner Tippett.  She married Charles Proctor in 1967 in Springfield.

She worked as a graphics artist for the State of Illinois DECA retiring after 29 years.  She was a member of Church of Christ and enjoyed camping, painting, cooking and arts and crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Proctor of Springfield; son, Jerod (Tara) Proctor of Springfield; grandchildren, Taylor Devarose, Vincent and Avi Proctor; and lots nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Joyce Gerhold officiating.
