SPRINGFIELD, IL - Debra K. Lowe, 60, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

Debra was born on December 3, 1955 in Springfield the daughter of Lowell and JoAnn Pearson Rexroad. She married Ronald Clifford Lowe in 1995; he preceded her in death on July 22, 2014.

Debra worked for the State of Illinois at several agencies and retired from the Department of Children and Family Services after over 20 years of service.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by four children, Keith (Wendy) Lowe, Erik Lowe, Tisha Burris and Mikael Lowe; sister, Terri; brother, Brian; three grandchildren, Gabriel Lowe, Rylee Lowe and Jordan Shoffner; and several nieces, nephews and cousin.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
