Cathy D. (Fitch) Davis, 64, of Springfield, IL passed away surrounded by her family at Memorial Medical Center on Tuesday June 4, 2019.

Cathy was born on July 24, 1954 in Decatur, IL the daughter of Chase and Lucille Fitch.

She adored her Chicago Cubs and was able to see and enjoy them winning the World Series! Cathy also enjoyed gardening, but loved spending time with her family and celebrating everyone's birthday.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Robert (Rob) Davis; two daughters, Samantha (husband, Shawn) Shockley and Sara Boehm; brother, David Fitch; sister, Debby Fitch; 4 grandchildren, Andrea, Hailey, Robert, and William; 1 nephew; and several friends.

Cremation will be accorded by Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home, 530 N. 5th St. Springfield, IL 62702.

A memorial service will be held a Camp Butler National Cemetery on Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 12noon.
