Brian R. "Creep" Fraim, 50, of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center.

Brian was born on October 14, 1967 in Springfield the son of Lowell H. and Linda A. LaFavre Fraim.

Brian was a graduate of Lanphier High School.  He was a painter for the Secretary of State for over 20 years and was a member of Painters Local Union 90.  He enjoyed playing pool, mushroom hunting, and fishing and he was an avid Chicago Bears fan.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; brother-in-law, Chuck Turnbull; and his dogs, Hadji and Bandit.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Fraim of Springfield; siblings, Rick (Patricia) Hagen of Springfield, Shelly (companion, Glen Hull) Turnbull of Springfield, Timothy Fraim of Springfield, Kim (Danny) Rockford of Sherman and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial gathering from 5-7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.
