Bonnie J. Durbin, 74, of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at her residence.

Bonnie was born on September 23, 1942 in Springfield, the daughter of Paul and Eleanor Thrasher. She married William Durbin on September 28, 1963; he preceded her in death on January 12, 2002.

Bonnie was a member of West Side Christian Church and an active member of the Springfield Deaf Club for over 50 years, she enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family.

She was also preceded in death by her, parents; and brother, Melvin R. Thrasher.

She is survived by son, William (Terrea) Durbin; daughter, Eleanor "Elly" (Troy) Glenn; brother, Paul Dean Thrasher; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Wilson Park Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the funeral home with William Durbin officiating.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
