Barbara Roden, February 2, 1943 to March 8, 2021.

A strong, loving, wonderful mother and grandmother lost her battler to cancer and passed away at home. She worked many years as a caregiver and for the State.

She was the best cook and baker ever; everyone enjoyed her food. She loved puzzles, reading, and she even wrote a book. She will be greatly missed.

Barbara was preceded in death by parents, Ernie and Josephine Blade and 8 sisters and brothers.

Left behind are her 4 daughters, Tammy (Ron) Archambeau, Sandy (Howard) Matthews-Rose, Debra Boeck, Angela (Tom) Ryan; grandchildren, Misty, Nate Wilson, Cecily, Patrick Burke, Keely, Graham Weber, April Rose, James, Niki Roden, Taylor Roden, Hayden Clemons, Amanda, Brent Kinsella, Cori Wiese, and Jessie; great grandchildren, Dayton, Wyatt, Titus, Joseph, Averie, Beau, Blair, Krystina, Heaven, Autumn, Logan, Quinn, Laken, Rylee, Quintin, Jaelyn, Addasyn, Paisley, and Aubrey.

She loved each and everyone with all her heart.

Cremation services will be accorded.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday March 20, 2021 at Oakridge Cemetery. The ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the graveside.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
