Barbara C. Hall, 66, of Springfield, died at 5:35 p.m. on Monday, February 22nd at her home.

Barbara enjoyed genealogy, and devoted many hours to her family history. She was a member of the Eastview Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Flower City, Chapter 152 for over 22 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Schmittler and Robert Armstrong as well as her brother, Robert C Armstrong.

She is survived by her partner, Tim Cunningham of Springfield, brother, Sam (wife, Melissa) Schmittler of Greenview; three children, Eric (wife, Rachel) Armstrong of KY, Shelagh (spouse, James) Smith of KY, Justin (wife, Nicole) Lowery of OK; seven grandchildren, Cody (wife, Danielle) Armstrong, Hailey and Tyler Armstrong all of KY, Briana and Samantha Ketchum of IL, Shailene Smith of WI, and Ivy Lowry of OK; three great grandchildren and two nieces.

Cremation services are being accorded by Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home.

A private family graveside ceremony will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Bennie Fisher officiating.
