Terry Wayne Grider

Terry W. Grider, 43, of Springfield passed away suddenly on Friday, February 2, 2018.

He was born on August 19, 1974 the son of Mickey and Kathy Grider in Springfield, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brittney Rayne Grider; paternal grandparents, Gerald Grider and Molly Grider; maternal grandparents, William (Sonny) Farley and Norma Jean Bechtal.

Surviving are his two children, Dallton Wayne and Molly Marie Grider of Springfield; his parents, Mickey (Mary Ellen) Grider of Dawson, and Kathy (Tom) Boastick of Springfield; three sisters, Brandee Grider of Oregon, Jennifer Grider of Dawson, and Kathy Prunty of Springfield; two brothers, Tom of Florida and Keith of North Dakota; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and his four foster brothers and three foster sisters.

Terry loved and lived life to the fullest, and loved his family with all of his heart. Now he is soaring with Brittney and watching over all of us.

A  Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at Ritz’s Little Fryer, 700 W. Jefferson, Springfield, IL.
