Jack Williams, 77 of Decatur, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Generations Rehabilitation in Lincoln.
Jack was born on December 12, 1940 in Illiopolis the son of Ken and Lenore Williams. He married Reba Moore on June 3, 1961.
Jack was a 1958 graduate of Illiopolis High School and retired from Firestone in 1995. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, garage sales and antiquing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Timmy; and grandson, Nic.
He is survived by his wife, Reba, of 56 years; son, Jay (Cherie) Williams of Mt. Zion; daughter, Cheryl (Ken) England of Maroa; sister, Pat (Bill) Peterman of Safety Harbor, FL; granddaughters, Amber (Lee), Erynn (Nick) Burge and Rachel England; great-grandchildren, Angel and Charlie Freund; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 10-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home in Illiopolis. Private graveside services will be held with Revered Melissa Ebken officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson’s Research.
